Hi Jill,

I'm unable to attend the mindfulness group meeting this morning. Please give my regrets to others.

I mainly would like to share information about a regular mindfulness meditation group that meets in downtown St. Catharines. Lauren Corman and I both attend.

Time: Mondays at 7-8pm (40 min. silent meditation) Place: 145 King St., at Carlisle, in the Grantham Township historic building

Everyone is welcome, and people are free to practice in various meditation forms and traditions. People new to meditation are offered instruction by experienced meditators. Books and resources are available.

When students are asking about meditation, this is a group I recommend because it is so welcoming, accommodating of different meditation practices, and easy to get to.
