- New capacity to develop Teaching Objects for both online and hybrid courses
- New online resources for Sessional and Teaching Assistants
- Launch of Teaching Certificate program for Teaching Assistants and Sessional instructors
Goals in 2008-2009
- Increase participation in Course Evaluations
- Encourage/increase faculty papers about their teaching and learning practices
- Create a venue to highlight exemplary teaching/learning initiatives
- Research activities into new faculty needs/orientation
