• Launch of Teaching Certificate program for Teaching Assistants and Sessional instructors
• Positive response rate (50%) to NSSE survey

• To increase participation in Course Evaluations
• To encourage/increase faculty papers about their teaching and learning practices
• To create a venue to highlight exemplary teaching/learning initiatives
• To research activities into new faculty mentorship program
