- Annual Focus on Teaching conference - great energy, excellent participation, good community building
- Annual Teaching and Learning Open Forum (day based on Open-Space Technology)
- Academic Development Program (one semester course for new full-time faculty)
- Teaching Practice Credential (in-house credential recognizing participation in professional development activities; significant increase in number of faculty working towards this credential)
- Significant increase in participation in part-time faculty sessions (series of 10 sessions); now offered in both fall and winter semesters
