- Annual Focus on Teaching conference - great energy, excellent participation, good community building
- Annual Teaching and Learning Open Forum (day based on Open-Space Technology)
- Academic Development Program (one semester course for new full-time faculty)
- Teaching Practice Credential (in-house credential recognizing participation in professional development activities)
- Review and provincial audit of Curriculum processes
- CTL Website - new CMS, updating info
Challenges
- Determining best use of energy devoted to institution-wide
- Weak tech support for any initiatives
