Social media is a huge part of today’s digital society. There are positive and negative aspects that come along with the accessibility to gain news and updates from social media. Specifically, a lot of ‘fake news’, disinformation and misinformation is circulated on social media platforms as there is no one fact checking or verifying the information that is circulated online.
