Desire2Learn Migration - The University of Guelph has is in the process of consolidating its online course offerings under a single Learning Management System, with Desire2Learn replacing Blackboard for on-campus courses and related websites - piloted approximately 40 courses in Winter 2009 - all Summer 2009 courses (approx. 40) are using D2L - converting Fall 2009 courses (700+) from Blackboard to Desire2Learn
Application Development
1. CurricKit curriculum mapping tool - a coldfusion application developed by courseware architect Rich Couto along with Educational Developers Peter Wolf and Mary Wilson - a survey and mapping tool that can be used by departments or programmes to determine what various knowledge, skill and values are taught and how they are assessed - provides a variety of detailed reports that can be used to assess curriculum across a number of courses - in keeping with our Guelph’s work on curriculum (re)development
2. PEAR – a tool for peer evaluation, assessment and review

Academic Integrity'
Elixr Academic Integrity Modules - joint project with Windsor, UWO, and Ryerson (project lead) - producing four case studies on academic integrity to be used by educational developers in their work with faculty
Accessibility' - first annual "Aiming for Accessibility" conference (May 2009) was a huge success with 150+ attendees from Ontario Universities - ongoing workshops for instructors and staff on creating accessible course content and AODA regulations
ePortfolio Initiatives: - 4 concurrent ePortfolio initiatives at Guelph: 2 home-grown solutions, 2 third-party (including D2L's ePortfolio)
FORscene Pilot:' - integrated internet video editing workflow.
