SUCCESSES

- Expansion of the TA Training Certificate Program offerings to include new equity workshops and discipline-specific workshops. - Creation of a new institutional web page to highlight teaching excellence. - Establishment of an annual teaching awards reception. - External teaching award recognitions: OCUFA & Canadian Association of Geographers.

CHALLENGES

- Institutional financial deficit resulting in a reduction to the operating and staffing budgets.

DIRECTIONS FOR 2008-2009

- Creation of an intranet site with instructional development resources for faculty and TAs.
