We were satisified with ANGEL and after a review in 2008/2009 had planned to stay with it. The sale to Blackboard in May 2009 altered plans. RFI April 2010. RFP early August 2010. University of Western OntarioKim HollandWebCT Vista8.0.1Linux application tier Solaris database Oracle2500SatisfiedUnsureHave some concerns about maintenance of the Vista/CE product lines with the upcoming release of Blackboard's Next Generation product. Many bugs and enhancement requests are being targeted for NG, unfortunately NG is missing a good deal of the functionality that we use in Vista. Said functionality is apparently coming in a later release of NG - but until that point we are left with bugs and enhancement requests that are targeted for a release that we cannot use.
