[edit] Reverting to the last edit
To revert an edit click on the articles "History" tab and choose "rollback" on the most recent version.
[edit] Revert to a specific edit
To revert an edit to a specific version click on the articles "History" tab and choose the version that is free of spam by clicking it's link/date, then press the "edit" tab and then save that edit (perhaps with a summary of "Reverted spam.....").
