In the first meeting with SB the following questions were discussed. Prior to our first meeting we also gave SB a questionnaire and recieved the following answers.

The Next step is to determine which tests we will use to assess client: SB.

The following are options of Cardiovascular, flexibility and Strength tests that could be used.

The client (SB) is able to train 3 times per week. For a duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour. With this information we were able to put together a training template. The program is subject to probable change because we are waiting on signed Doctors approval to continue with any physical activity.

November 6 - November 12

November 7th Warm up consisted of 7-10 minutes on the treadmill. All exercises we performed 2-3 sets for 12-15 Repetitions.

  • Squat (Modified with Stability Ball)
  • Resistance Band Row
  • Resistance Band Chest Press
  • Supermans (Modified)

November 14th Warm up consisted of 7-10 minutes on the treadmill. All exercises we performed 2-3 sets for 12-15 Repetitions.

November 21st Warm up consisted of 7-10 minutes on the treadmill. All exercises we performed 2-3 sets for 12-15 Repetitions.

  • 15 minute walk on the track
  • Stretches of all Major Muscle groups used in session (See Stretches)

November 23rd Warm up consisted of 7-10 minutes on the treadmill. All exercises we performed 2 sets for 12-15 Repetitions.

  • Track walk
    • Cardio portion cut short due to client upset stomach.
  • Leg Press

  • Lat Pulldown (40-60lbs)
  • Leg Press (60-1oolbs)
  • Stretches of all Major Muscle groups (See Stretches)

Rockport Walk Test (Pre) / (Post)

    • Time:(18 minutes:43seconds) / (17 minutes:45 seconds)
    • V02Max: (24.27 mls/kg/min) / (25.93 mls/kg/min)

The followiing stretches were used the most post training. Some of these were also given to the client to perform at her leisure within her office.
