In the first meeting with SB the following questions were discussed. Prior to our first meeting we also gave SB a questionnaire and recieved the following answers.

The Next step is to determine which tests we will use to assess client: SB.
The following are options of Cardiovascular, flexibility and Strength tests that could be used.

The client (SB) is able to train 3 times per week. For a duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour. With this information we were able to put together a training template. The program is subject to probable change because we are waiting on signed Doctors approval to continue with any physical activity.

November 7th Warm up consisted of 7-10 minutes on the treadmill. All exercises we performed 2-3 sets for 12-15 Repetitions.
