Registration and Accommodation Information

Registration:

Registration is now closed. If you need to discuss details associated with registration, please email shughes@wlu.ca

Accommodation: There are two recommended options for accommodation:

1) on campus at the King Street Student Residence, 200 King Street North, Waterloo (within easy walking distance of the meeting)

An air-conditioned dormitory style residence that offers private bedrooms with semi-private washrooms. Each bedroom contains a bed, sink, desk and closet unit. Comfortable lounges are located on each floor and contain a fridge, stove, microwave and television. The night rate for a semi-private washroom is $49.00, plus 13% HST and the nightly rate for a private washroom is $69.00, plus 13% HST. Parking and wifi are included.

2) at the Delta Hotel, 110 Erb Street West Waterloo (also within walking distance of the meeting (but a longer stroll through Waterloo park)- across the street from Sole (location for the Thursday night dinner).

Rate: $145 per night plus $10 per day parking.

• Take the 401 west towards London.

• Take exit 278 to Highway 8 west (toward Kitchener/Waterloo).

• Take the Highway 7 east exit towards Guelph/Waterloo.

• Take the University Ave. West exit (the second University Ave. exit).

• Follow University Ave W toward Erb St West

• Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Erb St West
