Registration and Accommodation Information

Registration:

Accommodation: There are two recommended options for accommodation:

1) on campus at the student residence on University Avenue (within easy walking distance of the meeting)

King Street Residence (200 King Street North) – An air-conditioned dormitory style residence that offers private bedrooms with semi-private washrooms. Each bedroom contains a bed, sink, desk and closet unit. Comfortable lounges are located on each floor and contain a fridge, stove, microwave and television. The night rate for a semi-private washroom is $49.00, plus 13% HST and the nightly rate for a private washroom is $69.00, plus 13% HST. Parking and wifi are included.

Directions from Toronto to Laurier's Waterloo Campus

Take the 401 west towards London.

Take exit 278 to Highway 8 west (toward Kitchener/Waterloo).

Take the Highway 7 east exit towards Guelph/Waterloo.

Follow Highway 7 east, which becomes Highway 85 north.

Take the University Ave. West exit (the second University Ave. exit).

Continue down University Ave. Laurier will be on your left-hand side at 75 University Ave. W.
