== Summer Institute 2012 will be held at the University of Ontario Institute for Technology (UOIT) [1] ==
Dates:
August 1-3, 2012
Location: UOIT North Campus 2000 Simcoe St N[2]
Registration: The cost of attendance at the OUCEL Summer Institute 2012 is $200.00 per person - this includes attendance at the full event and supper on the evening of the second day. To register, please download and fill out a registration form [3]. Mail the completed form and a cheque payable to UOIT to the address indicated on the form.
Accommodations: We encourage everyone to stay on campus at our residence! We have secured a group rate, and will be posting details about how to book accommodations very soon. More more information about the residences at UOIT, visit their website: [4]

Bill will be connecting with us via Adobe Connect from beautiful Victoria BC to welcome delegates to this year’s summer institute.
1:30-2:30pm: Icebreaker and “lightning round” institutional updates
As a warmup and icebreaker activity, participants will prepare a quick institutional update using digital storytelling techniques. Each institution will have a few minutes to update the group on key events, challenges and achievements over the past year.
2:30-4pm: BVirtual Remote Proctor Demo
Rick Beaudry will join us for a demonstration of the BVirtual Live Online Proctoring service. From the BVirtual website: “B Virtual provides a seamless remote proctoring experience for students to take exams online.
