Accommodation: There are two recommended options for accommodation:
1) on campus at the student residence on University Avenue (within easy walking distance of the meeting)
King Street Residence (200 King Street North) – An air-conditioned dormitory style residence that offers private bedrooms with semi-private washrooms. Each bedroom contains a bed, sink, desk and closet unit. Comfortable lounges are located on each floor and contain a fridge, stove, microwave and television. The night rate for a semi-private washroom is $49.00, plus 13% HST and the nightly rate for a private washroom is $69.00, plus 13% HST. Parking and wifi are included. Reservations can be made online at www.wlu.ca/hotel, by email to [email protected] or by calling 519-884-0710, x2771.
2) at the Delta Hotel, Waterloo (also within walking distance of the meeting (but a longer stroll through Waterloo park)
