Triumphs in 2008-09

• LMS transition from WebCT CE6 to Sakai successful
• Sakai now called "Isaak"
• Continued success in liaison advisory groups (BRAG, ETAG, TC)
• Learning Commons Programming: exploring embedding support services into curriculum.
• Instructional Skills Workshops still a signature program for faculty and teaching assistant training, so far Brock has:
  • xx Facilitators to lead ISWs
  • xx Faculty (11 external) completed 3-day ISW
  • xx Graduate Teaching Assistants completed 3-day ISW
  • Hosted first Ontario FDW retreat in Paris, ON - June 2009
• 3M, TVO Award nominations
• Launched new web site at http://www.brocku.ca - discovered the social Internet
