OUCeL support a process of self-nomination for representative members. Active OUCeL members at each university are asked to coordinate on-campus to facilitate completion of the membership form [link] for submission to [acting chair email]. Should more than two representatives submit self-nominations for any university the individuals will be consulted or referred to the appropriate executive/academic leader at their university for resolution if needed.

While our membership will include both voting members and non-voting members, it was agreed by all that we emphasize that non-voting members are welcome within OUCeL and may attend events as delegates or as space allows.
