Membership Format:
- Membership is open to up to two individuals from each publicly-supported university in Ontario that can fulfill the mission of OUCeL. A lead representative will be confirmed by the appropriate institutional executive head* at each university. Stewardship Committee Election Process:
- OUCeL elections occur annually via an online election platform.
- Nominations for the six-member stewardship committee are received via electronic form over a two week period, with all Institutional Lead Members eligible for nomination.
- On an annual basis institutional representatives are invited to vote on membership of this committee, whose responsibilities are outlined below.
- The membership of the stewardship committee will serve a minimum two year term, but are welcome to stand for additional terms.
- The stewardship committee in turn elects from itself, three executive positions , through which individual progress in sequence: Incoming Chair, Chair and Past Chair. Past Chair is an ex-officio position.
