Paid parking is available at the 107 St. George St. Parking Garage. If travelling by subway, exit at St. George station and walk a block south on St. George to Robarts Library.

- Madison Manor Boutique Hotel - 20 Madison Avenue – Starting at $129. + tax if you ask for UofT OUCeL discount - located next to a pub (!) in a series of Victorian mansions 10 minutes walk to the meeting venue.
- Chelsea Hotel – 33 Gerrard St. W. – Starting at $189 + tax with more facilities, 25 minute walk
- Kimpton St. George - 280 Bloor Street W. – Starting at $287. + tax but just 5 minutes away and adjacent to St. George subway
