1:15-2pm: “Lightning round” institutional updates

As a warmup and icebreaker activity, participants will share a short institutional update - focusing on one triumph and one challenge over the past year.

Evening: Dinner is not provided, but company will be - we can discuss options at the end of the day.

9:30-10:30: Last year had AODA Roundtable: Accessible media strategies (this is still relevant and perhaps worth keeping)

Last year's info: In this roundtable discussion, we would like to focus specifically on how institutions across the province are approaching the development, conversion and administration of media, focusing primarily on videos (closed captioning and described video). The roundtable will produce a shared resource guide outlining tools, services and strategies.
