[edit] How to add a URL to WebCT

• Open your web browser and log into WebCT and your course area and choose the "Build" tab.
• If "Web Links" tool is not present on the menu on the left enter "Manage Course" > "Tools" > and check-off "Web Links" towards the bottom of the page and then save.
• Click "Web Links" on the menu on the left.
• Click "Create Web Link".
• Enter a title for the link (ie. The title of the page you are linking to), and optionally a description.
• Enter the URL you would like to add to WebCT, you can type it or copy and paste it from another browser window. You may also choose to have the link open in the same window as WebCT or a new one.
• When you are done press "Save", or "Create another link".

You should now have a working link within WebCT.

[edit] Adding links to the Course Content area

Once you've created your link you can add it to the course content area in the "build" tab by choosing "Add Course Content Link" and clicking "Web Links" and the URL you would like to add.
