Since Waterloo uses it and they are a big Engineering etc place, I suppose their comments might be informative: e.g. they must have (?) considered WebCT and either bypassed or abandoned it (in which case, why?), and the high-tech focus of many of their courses might well make them esp. demanding and critical users. If they plan to stay with Angel, with reasons that make sense to Brock, that could be interesting to know. / John Sivell
