Evernote is an application that allows you to capture information from anywhere on a computer, including internet browsers, and access information from any computer and many mobile devices. The application also indexes all entries so that the content can be quickly searched. Evernote functions much like a catch-all where information can be quickly dumped, sorted, and later accessed to be sent elsewhere.

The Simulating History Lab at Brock University has created this tutorial to help digital humanists get started with Evernote.
